What is NMN?

NMN or nicotinamide mononucleotide - is a naturally occurring molecule in all forms of life, present in small amounts in food such as broccoli, cucumber and avocado. At the molecular level - it is a ribonucleotide, which is the basic structural unit of nucleic acid RNA. NAD+ is produced from NMN.

What is NAD+?

Next to water, NAD+ is the most common molecule in the body - without it, our body would not be able to function.
